Graduation Terms and Conditions

Spring 2025

• Booking portal opens: 12:00 on 18 March 2025.
• Booking portal closes: 23:45 on 06 April 2025.
• Booking portal opens for additional guest tickets (if available): 09:00 on 08 April 2025.
• Booking portal closes for additional guest tickets (if available): 23:45 on 13 April 2025.
• Booking portal closes for pre-order photography packages: 05 May 2025.

Please note:

• Gowning and Graduand tickets will not be available to book after the deadline 23:45 on 06 April 2025.
• 10% pre-order discount is automatically deducted from gowning and photography orders place between 18 March and 06 April.
• Following the closure of Graduand and guest ticket sales on 06 April, the Graduation Team will review if additional guest tickets are available to purchase. These will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis, are not guaranteed and cannot be reserved.

Should you wish to cancel any or all of your bookings for tickets, hire of academic dress and/or Ceremony photography, please contact the Graduation Attire team via the live chat function, T: 01234 988880 or E: [email protected], no later than the refund deadlines listed below:

• Gowning Refund Deadline: 17:00 (GMT) on 07 April 2025 
• Guest ticket Refund Deadline: 17:00 (GMT) on 14 April 2025
• Photography Refund Deadline: Please contact Graduation Attire for specific deadline.
