Criminal Investigation Day - The Jill Dando Unsolved Murder Case
Join The University of Law for our virtual Criminal Investigation Day. Together we will investigate the facts, evidence and build a timeline of events surrounding the Jill Dando murder case. 25 years on, we will revisit what happened, explore what evidence was found and learn why the biggest murder enquiry conducted by the Metropolitan police at the time remains unsolved.
We will discuss the media, society and criminal justice system influence on the trial with a key focus on the importance of analysing evidence and creating strong closing statements in a courtroom.
This event is for anyone looking to experience what the role of a lawyer, criminologist, police officer or judge would be like, and to find out how they interrelate with each other.
