The University of Law to extend Employment Promise to LLM Legal Practice (SQE1&2) and Postgraduate Business School students

The University of Law (ULaw) will extend its Employment Promise offer to Postgraduate Business School students along with LLM Legal Practice (SQE1&2) students.

ULaw’s Employment Promise has previously offered ULaw’s LPC students half of their tuition fees back in cash if they had not secured employment nine months after graduation and a further credit, equal to the other half their LPC tuition fees, towards another course run by ULaw and its partners.

By adding all Postgraduate Business School students and LLM Legal Practice (SQE1&2) students to the Employment Promise from January 2022, ULaw is confident that all students will succeed backed by the teaching experience, outstanding legal and business expertise and a focus on future employability the University has a reputation for.

ULaw’s new Employment Promise guarantees that if students do not obtain a job in nine months after completing the LPC, LLM Legal Practice (SQE1&2) or any Postgraduate Business School course, they will get 100% of the course fees back, made up of 50% as cashback, plus 50% as credit towards any further courses.

John Watkins, Director of Employability at The University of Law, said: “At ULaw, our students are at the heart of everything we do and we focus our efforts into ensuring their long term success through our teaching, support, employability services and incentives. When our students succeed, we succeed.

“We were the first university to offer a money back Employment Promise in 2016 and this year, we are backing more of our students with an even bigger commitment by expanding the Employment Promise to other courses. We pride ourselves on enabling the next generation of leading professionals to excel at anything they do.”
